This package is ideal for those who have secured their venue and some vendors but want help fine-tuning the details and managing the logistics.
This package includes:

Unlimited communication via email and text

Four 30-minute planning consultations to review key details and decisions

Guidance on budget breakdown and allocation

Creative support for theme development, color palette selection, and overall style

Vendor recommendations tailored to your vision and budget

Assistance with creating a detailed wedding day timeline and floor plan

Confirmation and follow-up calls with all contracted vendors 1–2 weeks before the wedding

Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour, if needed)

Our team on-site for up to 8 hours on the wedding day, including one assistant to assist to set up.

Oversight of vendor arrival, setup, and execution

Ceremony direction and timeline management throughout the day

Tear Down Package Add-On - $400 flat rate
Extend your peace of mind through the final moments of your celebration.
Our assistant will remain on-site for up to 3 additional hours after the conclusion of your event. During this time, they will:

Be available to address any last-minute questions or concerns

Coordinate final transitions with vendors if needed

Carefully pack and tear down all items originally set up by our team, including signage, centerpieces, welcome tables, guest books, personal décor, and more.
This service ensures your venue is cleared efficiently, personal items are returned safely, and no detail is left behind.
