• Unlimited communication via email and text

• Eight one-hour planning consultations via Zoom

• Full budget development and management

• Vendor contract review and negotiation support

• Theme and color palette consultation

• Venue scouting and site visits

• Curated vendor referrals and booking assistance

• Guidance on wedding attire for the couple

• Coordination of menu tastings with selected caterers

• Custom timeline creation for the wedding weekend

• Ongoing vendor communication and management

• Rehearsal coordination and run-through facilitation

• Itinerary creation for the couple and all vendors

• Vendor confirmation calls prior to the event

• Our team on-site for up to 11 hours on the wedding day, including 1 assistant to manage setup and tear down independently before and after planner hours
