This package includes:

• A 30-minute introductory consultation to ensure we’re the right fit

• One hour of planning support via Zoom during the month leading up to your wedding

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour, if needed)

• Development and review of your personalized wedding day timeline

• Confirmation of all vendor logistics and arrival details 1–2 weeks prior to the event

• Our team on-site for up to 8 hours on the wedding day, including 1 assistant.

• Orchestration of the ceremony and reception, including cueing vendors and managing transitions

• Styling and placement of personal décor items (e.g. signage, name cards, favors, guest book, centerpieces, welcome/gift tables)

• Discreet problem-solving and vendor communication throughout the day

• Access to our emergency kit (pain relievers, stain remover, sewing kit, first aid supplies, and more)

Tear Down Package Add-On - $400 flat rate

Extend your peace of mind through the final moments of your celebration.

Our assistant will remain on-site for up to 3 additional hours after the conclusion of your event. During this time, they will:

• Be available to address any last-minute questions or concerns

• Coordinate final transitions with vendors if needed

• Carefully pack and tear down all items originally set up by our team, including signage, centerpieces, welcome tables, guest books, personal décor, and more.
   

This service ensures your venue is cleared efficiently, personal items are returned safely, and no detail is left behind.
